Schedule an appointment
Please be sure to review our Services & Fees page before scheduling an appointment.

Important notes about online scheduling:

  1. If you have MORE THAN ONE animal, please fill out an online appointment FORM FOR EACH ONE.

  2. A $20 deposit is required to make an online appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your animal's services. The remainder will be due the day of the appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment (at least 24 hours in advance), your deposit will be forfeited.

  3. If you have questions or if you have a voucher for spay/neuter, please call us at (216) 732-7040, Monday - Friday (10am -3pm).

  4. Your appointment is not scheduled in our system until it has been approved by our staff. Once it has, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of submitting your online form, please call us at (216) 732-7040.

  5. When making your appointment, please enter your dog's estimated weight at the time of surgery (not its current weight if it's a puppy).

If you live in ASHTABULA or GEAUGA Counties or in the CITY OF CLEVELAND and don't have transportation to Euclid, you may want to have your pet come to the clinic on our TRANSPORT VAN. To book a PetFix appointment with our transport PARTNERS, please CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY using the website links below:

Things to keep in mind for your pet's upcoming appointment: 


Cats: Please arrive and check-in between 7:30 am and 8:00 am.
Dogs: Please arrive and check-in between 8:00 am and 8:30 am.

Dogs must come in on a leash, and cats in a secure cat carrier.

Feral cats can be brought to the clinic (one per day) without an appointment. They must arrive during cat check-in time and be in a humane trap. An ear-tip is required if you bring a community cat without an appointment.

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR ANIMAL IN THE CAR WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE CLINIC.

ADMISSION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE OUTSIDE AT OUR CHECK-IN TABLE.

  • We encourage dogs to be walked to relieve themselves before being brought inside.

  • You will pick-up your animal in the afternoon (same day as their surgery).

  • If your pet has a current rabies vaccination, please bring proof of vaccination with you upon check-in.  (If your pet is not current, they will receive a rabies vaccination on the day of their appointment for a $6 charge.)

  • If you receive government assistance, please mention that in the notes when scheduling. You may be eligible for a subsidized price if grant funding is available.

  • All payments are handled after surgery (over the phone, online or at check-out).

       Accepted forms of payment include cash and credit card (no personal checks or CareCredit).
