Managing Common Complications Associated with PetFix Services

We want to help address your concerns by phone or email but understand that it is scary while waiting for a response. We hope these documents help you consider your options in the event of a complication. Please seek emergency care for your pet if you still feel something is very wrong after reading the document.
HOW TO CONTACT US:
For any concerns or questions that you have during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 4:30PM), please call the PetFix clinic at 216-732-7040 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no charge for re-check appointments scheduled at the PetFix clinic. There may be additional charges if medication is required.
For post-operative medical concerns or questions after hours or on weekends, please call the PetFix advice line at 216-618-7233. Please note that this is a cell phone carried by a medical staff member. PetFix does not offer emergency services at our clinic. If you reach the voicemail, please leave a detailed message and you will be called back.
If your pet requires immediate emergency care or follow-up veterinary care, please contact a full-service veterinarian or emergency clinic. You will be responsible for paying the cost of that visit.
